About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Partner Marketing Manager based in India.
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Marketing Manager to lead integrated B2B marketing initiatives at the intersection of strategic marketing, technology partnerships, and campaign execution. In this role, you will transform complex technology and business transformation propositions into compelling narratives and impactful marketing programs. You will collaborate with global and regional marketing teams, creative specialists, and strategic technology partners to drive campaigns from planning through activation and measurement. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you will align stakeholders, manage partner initiatives, and ensure marketing activities support broader business objectives. You will also leverage AI to improve campaign development, research, reporting, and operational efficiency. This is a remote, six-month contract opportunity with potential for extension and occasional office travel.
Accountabilities:
-
Lead the end-to-end development and activation of integrated B2B partner marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution, measurement, and optimization.
-
Define campaign positioning, narratives, content strategies, and messaging in alignment with go-to-market plans and broader business priorities.
-
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on campaign delivery, coordinating stakeholders and resources while actively driving projects forward.
-
Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams, strategic technology partners, and creative teams to deliver consistent, integrated campaigns.
-
Translate complex technology, artificial intelligence, cloud, and business transformation propositions into clear, engaging marketing programs and content.
-
Manage partner investments and co-funded marketing initiatives, including Market Development Funds (MDF) processes where applicable.
-
Monitor campaign performance using data and insights, demonstrate marketing impact, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
-
Integrate AI into daily marketing workflows to strengthen research, insight generation, campaign development, reporting, measurement, and operational efficiency.
-
Explore and test new AI-enabled marketing approaches, identifying successful practices that can be scaled across campaigns and partner relationships.
-
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across multiple teams, partners, and business priorities.
-
At least 7 years of B2B marketing experience in professional services, technology, cloud, business transformation, or similarly complex business environments.
-
Experience in partner or alliance marketing, combined with strong capabilities in campaign strategy, integrated marketing, content marketing, or demand generation.
-
Proven ability to independently drive marketing campaigns from initial strategy through execution and performance evaluation.
-
Strong strategic marketing skills, including positioning, messaging, content strategy, and the ability to turn complex propositions into compelling campaigns.
-
Ability to operate as both a strategic orchestrator and hands-on marketer, confidently influencing senior stakeholders while remaining actively involved in delivery.
-
Practical understanding of AI and its potential to improve marketing workflows, decision-making, measurement, and operational efficiency beyond basic content generation.
-
Experience working virtually with regional and global teams across different time zones.
-
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
-
A consultative, curious, proactive, and impact-driven mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
-
Must be legally authorized to live and work in India without requiring employer sponsorship.
-
Remote working arrangement, with occasional office travel potentially required.
-
Six-month initial contract, with the possibility of extension.
-
Opportunity to work with global marketing teams and strategic technology partners in the technology and business transformation space.
-
Exposure to integrated B2B campaigns, cloud and AI initiatives, and innovative marketing approaches.
-
Opportunity to contribute to AI-enabled marketing workflows and scalable campaign practices.
-
The role may transition to a hybrid working arrangement.
-
Salary and additional benefits are not specified in the job description.
