Job Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of RN experience Required
• BSN Preferred
• Experience in cardiology, cardiac surgery, or structural heart program Preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement quality improvement initiative
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
