JOB PURPOSE

Start Up 3rd Line - Additional 3 production supervisors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

~ Comply hour by hour with the production and quality of our products to complete the customer's requirements on time and at the assigned cost. ~ Place the right employee in the right job, follow-up to the Training procedure. ~ Provide a clear and definitive direction to your people and treat them with respect and dignity as people. ~ Comply with production programs fully and established procedures. ~ Support and participation in processes of (Manufacturing Expenses Initiatives Tracker), MCIP (Material Cost Initiatives), Lean Workshops and CHANGE REQUEST". ~ Ensure Operation Maintenance TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). ~ Monitoring and maintenance of the 5'S ~ High capacity for problem solving through different techniques. ~ Extensive knowledge of IATF Requirements, LEAN manufacturing. ~ Follow the practice of standard works and analysis of results indicators to understand the causes of variation to continuously improve. ~ Provide support and follow up on the Quality, Internal Control, and Environmental Systems (ISO 14001 AND OHSAS 18001) applicable to their area and specific function. ~ Lead or be the leader for your employees and staff where you have influence, in the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of Safety and Environmental systems. ~ Use the organization's communication system continuously with its people and support areas. ~ Communicate to your supervisor in a timely manner any abnormal situation or request for help. ~ Develop and train the staff in charge. ~ Responsible for advising, solving problems and serving as a liaison between staff and Administration. ~ Responsible for instilling continuous improvement.
