SVP, Data Champion, Group Legal & Compliance

The Data Champion is the hands-on data governance practitioner who translates the DDL's ( Data Domain Lead) accountability and priorities into CDE/metadata management, data-quality controls, issue remediation, change-impact management and coordinated execution across Business, Technology and Data Chapter

Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Background and Curriculum:

This role is ideal for a visionary leader with a strong background in data analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field, typically gained through a Master's degree or higher in areas such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering. You will have substantial experience (SVP level) in roles that required translating complex data insights into business strategies and driving data-driven transformation or deep knowledge with FinCrime and Compliance domains. We are particularly looking for individuals with a proven ability to act as a "translator" between technical data teams/platforms and business stakeholders, fostering seamless communication and strategic alignment. Experience working within or closely with a dedicated Data Chapter or similar enterprise-wide data governance function is highly valued.
