The Head of End User Services is a critical leadership role charged with shaping and executing the strategy for Mashreq Bank’s next-generation End User Services. Responsible for overseeing a global team of approximately 60 professionals (comprising internal staff and vendor resources) across the UAE, India, Pakistan, and Egypt, the role leads the engineering, and operational management of End User Services including desktop and laptop devices, lifecycle management of IT assets, Citrix virtual desktop infrastructure, endpoint vulnerability management, VIP and Trading (TGM) support, Messaging & Collaboration tools, Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, and comprehensive end user support for all employees across the bank’s locations. This position is instrumental in Mashreq Bank’s digital transformation, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure end user technology solutions that support business growth and innovation.
