We are looking for a

Professional Secretary

to the Group FP&R SVP

Purpose of the position

Performing a wide range of confidential and high-responsibility supporting tasks directly next to the SVP of Group Financial Planning & Reporting in order to facilitate effective coordination of group-level controlling activities and support decision-making processes across the organization.

Main responsibilities

• Professional support to the SVP of Group Financial Planning & Reporting

• Collecting and consolidating information related to businesses and operational processes (laws, theoretical principals, benchmarks, other experiences regarding company practice)

• Preparation of different (ad-hoc) reports, decision making materials, analysis

• Review of written materials and analyses prepared by other organisations/subsidiaries

• Participating in projects initiated within the organisation

• Organising managerial meetings and workshops, coordinating presentation materials, preparing summaries, and monitoring the fulfilment of the delegated tasks

• Maintaining direct contact with FP&R managers, team members and key stakeholders across FP&R organization and Mol Group

• Support FP&R management with people engagement actions

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience

• Understanding of corporate and business processes, accounting and taxation principles, project management

• Advanced English language skills

• User-level MS Office knowledge

• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Team-player attitude with strong customer focus

• High level of resilience, accuracy and proactivity
