Talent Acquisition Executive

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from receiving hiring requests to candidate onboarding, covering positions in Freight Forwarding, Express Delivery, Supply Chain, and related departments.
  
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to clarify job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
  
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, CareerViet, professional communities, employee referrals, and headhunting agencies. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
  
• Screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and follow up on interview outcomes.
  
• Handle offer negotiations, secure candidate acceptance, maintain engagement throughout the notice period, and support onboarding activities.
  

• Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on candidate pipelines, interview progress, offers, and overall recruitment status. Offer insights into labor market conditions and advise on recruitment challenges.
  
• Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
  

• Maintain accurate recruitment data in HR systems and prepare periodic recruitment reports, tracking key metrics such as CV volume, interview rates, offer acceptance rates, and Time-to-Hire.
  
• Monitor labor market trends and continuously optimize candidate sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Express Delivery, E-commerce Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution, or Transportation. Candidates from other industries with relevant experience recruiting for logistics-related positions will also be considered.
  
• Good understanding of the Vietnamese Logistics and Freight Forwarding talent market, with strong candidate sourcing and professional networking capabilities, particularly for mid-level and senior-level positions.
  
• Chinese communication skills are mandatory, with preference given to candidates who can communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking candidates and managers. Good proficiency in Vietnamese is required, while English proficiency is an advantage.
  
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate offer-closing skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and perform effectively under recruitment targets and deadline pressure.
  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and results-driven.
