Talent Sourcer (Temp Position)

Job Description

As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll proactively identify and engage exceptional talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates to meet our hiring needs. In your day-to-day, you will:  

• Proactively source and engage candidates via multiple sourcing channels  

• Maintain a strong talent pipeline  

• Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends  

• Partner closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team to create strong talent pools  

• Own your data and use it to drive improvements in the recruitment process

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing  

• Ability to partner and maintain excellent relationships with peers and hiring managers  

• Good eye for numbers and data, with the ability to extract insights from data  

• Work well under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency  

• Enjoy being a team player
