Team Leader, FAOJob Description
AP Team Leader for Amherst FAO ProcessKey Responsibility :
- End to end Accounts Payable process and reconciliation
- Managing daily SLAs - Productivity, TAT and Quality
- Monitor team performance to meet client deliverables
- Coach and Mentor the team
- Timely updates on deliverables status to Manager
- Liaise with client for daily reporting and queries if any
- Add value to the client through suggestions for improvements/documentation
- Willingness to work in night shifts with flexibility of work timings to ensure target achievement
- All other tasks to meet the process requirement.
Desired Skills :
- Very Good communication skills
- Team leading abilities/experience
- Good knowledge of MS office with expertise in MS Excel
- Good to Have - Exposure to Property Accounting platform - Yardi, MRI
- Ready to Work from office/home in Night Shift- Mumbai location - Shift time 4.00pm to 1.30am
