About the role

Are you passionate about helping people live independently and safely in their own homes?
At TEC Services, we’re transforming lives through innovative technology. We provide high-quality telecare solutions—including personal alarms, sensors, and other TEC equipment—that empower individuals to stay safe, confident, and connected.

As part of our forward-thinking team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering preventative care and supporting reablement services, fostering strong local partnerships and ensuring TEC is a key part of every care journey.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and is excited to make a real difference through Technology Enabled Care. If you’re seeking a career with purpose, variety, and the chance to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving field, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess customer needs and recommend TEC solutions that promote independence.
  • Install and maintain lifeline alarms and TEC equipment to national standards.
  • Educate customers and their support networks on how to use TEC effectively.
  • Collaborate with reablement teams and other professionals to deliver joined-up care.
  • Manage referrals, coordinate installations, and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, complete risk assessments, and uphold safeguarding standards.
  • Support equipment servicing, stock management, and compliance with KPIs and data protection.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in customer service (Level 3 or equivalent).
  • A confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Technically capable—comfortable using basic tools and software.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledgeable about GDPR and data handling.
  • A driver with the ability to work at moderate heights (e.g., step ladders).
  • Full driving licence is required.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a service that’s making a real impact in people’s lives.
  • Work in a supportive, collaborative environment.
  • Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge care technology.
  • Enjoy a role that offers variety, autonomy, and purpose.
