As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of technology implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to define project objectives, establish delivery plans, and coordinate resources throughout the project lifecycle. Operating in complex and dynamic environments, you will provide strategic guidance, anticipate potential challenges, and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track. You will also build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitate effective communication, and ensure transparency across all project activities. This role offers the opportunity to work with enterprise-level organizations across the construction, real estate, and technology sectors. You will join a collaborative, high-performance consulting environment that values innovation, accountability, professional development, and meaningful client impact.
Accountabilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans in collaboration with clients, defining project milestones, deliverables, timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software implementation and technology lifecycle management projects, ensuring alignment with agreed schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Work effectively in complex, ambiguous, and evolving project environments, providing clients with confident guidance and practical recommendations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to support collaboration and successful project outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and proactively communicate project risks, dependencies, and potential challenges, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables while maintaining consistent standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, and monitor project performance through relevant data and metrics.
- Adapt project management approaches to different client needs, organizational structures, technologies, and working environments.
- Contribute innovative ideas, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Take ownership of project outcomes, demonstrate accountability, and actively contribute to the continuous development of the consulting team's services.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical project management, particularly in technology software implementation and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to advise clients confidently and navigate complex, ambiguous, and fast-changing business environments.
- Strong capacity to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to unfamiliar tools, systems, and project requirements.
- Experience managing multiple projects or working across varied teams, with a proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and stakeholder groups.
- High emotional intelligence, responsiveness, and the ability to build productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure, thrive in fast-paced environments, and maintain a results-oriented mindset.
- A collaborative and coachable attitude, with openness to feedback, continuous learning, and professional development.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and the ability to bring solutions rather than problems.
- Familiarity with construction and enterprise technology platforms such as e-Builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365.
- Previous experience in construction, real estate, or technology-related industries.
- Consulting experience, particularly when working with large or complex business organizations.
