Technical Solutions Analyst

Envision Radiology is seeking a full-time Technical Solutions Analyst to join our team!
Monday - Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm

Summary/Objective:

The Technical Solutions Analyst will act as a centralized resource to help Envision to research, standardize, and optimize current and future solutions. The Technical Solutions Analyst will act as the primary subject-matter-expert for shared-use applications such as our ITSM ticketing system, telephony platform and Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The Technical Solutions Analyst will also manage departmental documentation strategies, gather requirements for and research new solutions as needed, and provide input to process improvement wherever possible. The Technical Solutions Analyst will play a crucial role in IT system integrations and will work closely with Infrastructure and Support teams to align with industry best practices.

Essential Functions

1. Identifies, researches and tests technical solutions to align with end user requirements.

2. Manages, configures and maintains the ITSM ticketing system for the organization.

3. Assists in the management, configuration and maintenance of Envision’s voice platform and call center applications.

4. Oversees efforts to integrate IT systems wherever possible and beneficial.

5. Provides technical and integrative support for HRIS with Human Resources collaboration.

6. Gathers requirements from end users and departments and be able to report results back to them in a meaningful way.

7. Interacts with vendors when needed, foster and maintain good working relationships while also maintaining fiscal responsibility.

8. Becomes familiar with, follow, and help to enforce technology standards pertaining to hardware, software, processes, policies and procedures.

9. Works with IT Leadership to continuously improve the security and effectiveness of IT solutions, policies, and procedures.

10. Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervision responsibilities.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an office setting with occasional exposure to electronic equipment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Travel

Some travel is expected for this position. Less than or equal to 10%

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 5+ years’ technical experience in enterprise IT support - 10 preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows OS in an enterprise environment

• Understanding of integrating applications through API

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and workflows effectively

• Leadership experience in complex technical environment a plus

• Project Management experience and aptitude a plus

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent education, training and experience.

• IT Technical certifications preferred.
