Job Description
- Provide technical support and assistance to users regarding application and system issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Handle user requests and technical incidents received through ticketing systems or customer service email.
- Document troubleshooting processes, solutions, and incident resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team or other internal departments when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in similar positions. Fresh graduates with internship experience are equally valued
- Familiar with Windows operating systems; knowledge of Linux is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to handle technical issues and provide customer service support.
- Experienced & skilled in Excel / Google Sheets processing.
- Disciplined and results-oriented in achieving quality & speedy execution.
- Skilled in Data base query and can read the log system data.
