Technology Partnership Manager

Job Description

Partner management  

• Execute annual partner plans with technology companies including ISVs and cloud companies
• Evaluate effectivity of partner relationships and engagements in delivering positive ROI
• Define criteria to on-board new technology partner
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts 
• Proactively and constantly asses the partnerships and validate them against the Portfolio Management Strategy, partnership level compliance, growth plans and competences development needs
• Build common Go-to-market plans with our technology partners, leverage funding programs and harness the partner's market positioning
• Act as a partner for company's Business Development and Client Management to ensure that our partners are a channel for revenue growth
• Align with Chapter Leads against the growth plans and partnership level targeted
• Monitor the service/product technology partner’s roadmap and communicate it to Portfolio Service Managers and Chapter Leads

People and partner interactions   

• Ensure transparent communication principles are applied at all levels in the organization 
• Ensure that internally the opportunities to work in partnership constellations are understood, especially to secure partner funds 

Operational efficiencies  

• Understand learning, certification and sales processes of Accesa for each partner  
• Understand the processes used by Accesa teams using the technology of the partners  
• Understand the commercial processes, finance process
• Create win-win opportunities for Accesa and partners 

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
• Demonstrated success leading partner/client engagement plans to executions, exceeding key performance metrics
• Experience in partnership management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Good aptitude for networking and building connections
• Good attention to details
• Ability to understand and evaluate legal contracts
• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.
