Location: Terre Haute, Indiana
Full-Time / Part-Time: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent member service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and offering appropriate financial solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services to assist members effectively.
• Handle cash and check transactions with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, security procedures, and legal requirements.
• Support team members and collaborate to achieve branch goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the success of the team.
