About the role

You will support Digital Document Services by evolving testing into a data-driven, automation-first capability that improves quality, speed, and scalability across global operations. You will contribute to modernized testing strategies and reusable frameworks, partnering across product, operations, and technology teams to deliver consistent outcomes in a follow-the-sun model.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will execute automated testing, UAT, and regression testing using modern testing frameworks.

  • You will apply AI-enabled testing techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detection.

  • You will build and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assets.

  • You will analyze testing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • You will partner with product, operations, and technology teams to modernize testing processes.

  • You will drive continuous improvement of AI-driven testing capabilities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks.

  • Knowledge of AI-enabled or data-driven testing approaches.

  • Ability to analyze data and identify testing patterns.

  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Experience supporting UAT and quality assurance activities.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

  • Exposure to AI/ML testing tools.

  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
