About the role
- Manage and train employees and volunteers
- Create and maintain annual ministry budget including regular accounting and reporting to the Finance Department and NRH Porch Manager.
- Order and Maintain proper inventory of all food, beverage, and packaging materials
- Responsible for preparation of menu items
- Create a ministry/community outreach environment which includes the use of volunteers
- Responsible for the overall maintenance of equipment and cleanliness of The Porch
- Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere
- Supervise Sunday services, Candle Light services and possible additional services throughout the year
Skills required:
- Food service industry management experience
- General mechanical knowledge
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Ability to enter information into a computer program
- Supply ordering and inventory experience
- Moderate to heavy lifting
