• Generate LMS reports, dashboards, queries, and training metrics to monitor participation, completion, overdue learning, content utilization, and program effectiveness
• Coordinate LMS content migration, testing, validation, release, and retirement activities while maintaining accurate training records and documentation
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and provide tools, guidance, and coaching that enable site trainers and subject matter experts to deliver learning consistently
• Work with site training teams to integrate enterprise curriculum with local orientation, on-the-job training, job qualification, and site-specific compliance requirements
• Support the development and continuous improvement of new employee onboarding and role-based learning plans across functions and locations
• Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, knowledge checks, pre- and post-training measures, observation, completion data, and business feedback; recommend improvements based on results
• Ensure learning content is reviewed and updated when policies, procedures, systems, products, regulations, or business processes change
• Coordinate required reviews and approvals with Quality, Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, functional owners, and other stakeholders, as applicable
• Maintain organized source files, approval documentation, publishing records, and content inventories in accordance with document-control and record-retention expectations
• Support implementation of enterprise training policies, procedures, and governance standards while allowing for documented site-specific requirements
• Participate in cross-site training initiatives, system enhancements, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement projects as requested
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, communicate status and risks, and meet agreed milestones and deliverables
• Responsible for job code governance to ensure consistency across the enterprise and minimize the creation of new job codes in QMS
