Our mission

Constructor’s mission is to enable all educational organisations to provide high-quality digital education to 10x people with 10x efficiency.

With strong expertise in machine intelligence and data science, Constructor’s all-in-one platform for education and research addresses today’s pressing educational challenges: access inequality, tech clutter, and low engagement of students.

We are looking for Travel Executive to plan and run business travel for Constructor colleagues and executives - flights, hotels, transfers and visa information - and provide the practical support around it: reservations, local recommendations, vendors and logistics, across international locations.

Location: Bulgaria (the UAE, Singapore or Germany also possible)

Type: Full-time

Language: Fluent English, spoken and written - mandatory

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and book business travel (flights, hotels, transfers) through the travel management portal, within company policy
  • Build travel itineraries and handle visa information, changes and last-minute rebookings
  • Coordinate restaurant reservations, event tickets and ground transportation
  • Serve as a local expert, with reliable recommendations for restaurants, events and activities
  • Support work-related bookings, event logistics and light administrative tasks
  • Help with practical requests around a trip or a stay, such as courier services and appointments
  • Research and recommend vendors, and build and maintain the vendor database
  • Document traveller preferences and maintain service quality standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years experience in business travel, concierge, hospitality, executive assistance or premium customer service; a degree in hospitality or tourism is an advantage
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - MANDATORY
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with technology (Microsoft 365, CRM systems, booking platforms, maps and transport apps)
  • Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness
  • Discretion and confidentiality with executives and their personal data

HOW YOU WORK:

  • Service-oriented: proactively supports colleagues with a helpful, can-do attitude
  • Organized: keeps clear systems to track and fulfil many requests at once
  • Adaptable: adjusts quickly to shifting priorities and last-minute changes
  • Collaborative: works well with remote teams and colleagues across functions
  • Cross-cultural: understands and respects diverse backgrounds and preferences

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Multi-lingual capabilities
  • Experience with executive clientele
  • Vendor relationship management
  • International business travel knowledge

WHAT WE OFFER:
