About the team:
The Walmart Connect Sales Strategy Transformation team converts business priorities into actionable strategies that enhance sales effectiveness and operational excellence. Collaborating with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners, the team leads strategic initiatives, streamlines processes, and removes execution barriers. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, it addresses complex challenges, drives accountability, and enables Sales teams to focus on building advertiser relationships and expanding business. With broad organizational visibility and a collaborative approach, the team develops scalable solutions that meet emerging business needs and deliver measurable impact.
What you'll do:

• Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of operational initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and develop actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and improve processes that enhance business efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee budget management, approve expenditures, and develop contingency plans to address escalated issues.
• Lead the development of operational tools and reporting mechanisms to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, accountable work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating best practices and innovative solutions across operations.

• Proven expertise in operations and project management with the ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple work streams effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
