Shift: 3rd (10:00pm - 7:00am; Sunday Night - Friday Morning)

Wage: $23-$25 +20% Shift Premium

Plant/Work Location: 809 Philip Drive Waukesha, WI 53186

Job Summary Utility Operator I (CNC Loader)

As a Utility Operator I (CNC Loader), you will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring that parts are fabricated to meet work order specifications and customer requirements. This includes operating various CNC and non-CNC production machinery, conducting manual assembly tasks, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Utility Operator I (CNC Loader)

• Operate production equipment such as vertical mills and other CNC equipment.
• Perform manual assembly and fabrication tasks using hand tools and machines, as necessary.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality, quantity, and customer standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety protocols.
• Assist with troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on production machinery as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with prior hands on, vocational or job-related course work/training, or any similar combination of education and experience.

Work Environment Utility Operator I (CNC Loader)

• This role is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• The position may involve repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
