This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX/UI Designer based in Brazil.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join an innovative digital marketing and creative team. In this role, you will shape engaging digital experiences across multiple website and creative projects, combining user-centered design principles with strong visual storytelling. You will collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and creative leadership to transform project requirements into intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces. Beyond website design, you will contribute to a variety of creative deliverables, including social media graphics, display advertisements, and email designs. This remote opportunity offers a collaborative international environment where creativity, innovation, and professional development are highly valued. Accountabilities

Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to understand project objectives, user needs, and design requirements.

Develop wireframes and translate concepts into responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.

Design and improve website pages, ensuring seamless navigation and engaging user experiences across devices.

Apply responsive and mobile-first design principles to optimize digital experiences across different screen sizes.

Maintain and contribute to consistent UI design systems, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and established design patterns.

Create interactive prototypes and user flows to communicate, visualize, and validate design concepts and functionality.

Produce original graphic and editorial designs for various digital formats, including social media posts, display advertisements, and email campaigns.

Ensure that all design deliverables balance functionality, usability, and visual aesthetics.

Present and explain design decisions, providing clear reasoning behind proposed solutions.

Stay informed about emerging design trends, web technologies, and UX/UI best practices.

Proactively communicate project progress to internal managers and organize workloads to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a digital marketing, creative, or web design agency.

Proficiency in Figma and other relevant UI design and prototyping tools.

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to develop user-centered design solutions.

Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles, with experience designing for multiple devices and screen sizes.

Versatile design skills, with the ability to contribute to graphic, editorial, and other creative projects.

Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

Understanding of website development trends, technologies, and modern digital design practices.

Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and polished interface designs.

Strong visual design skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain design choices in internal and client-facing meetings.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with designers, developers, project managers, and creative leadership.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
