We are currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented candidates just like you to serve as a Bell Attendant/Valet Attendant with DelMonte Hotel Group!

The main objective of the Bell Attendant/Valet Attendant is to provide exceptional guest service by ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and memorable arrival and departure experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, providing guest transportation using hotel shuttle vehicles, and offering information about hotel amenities and the surrounding area. Additional responsibilities include coordinating luggage storage, delivering guest items, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's entrance, lobby, and transportation vehicles.

Successful candidates will have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with guests, safely operating vehicles, handling luggage, and responding promptly to guest requests while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license appropriate for the position and meet applicable state licensing requirements, with no major driving violations.
