Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Vice President, Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver business-critical applications while providing technical leadership across the engineering lifecycle. This is an individual-contributor role for an experienced engineer who remains deeply engaged in coding while guiding architecture, mentoring engineers, strengthening code quality, and partnering with stakeholders across business and technology functions.
The successful candidate will combine strong execution with sound judgment—evaluating architectural and implementation options, articulating trade-offs, identifying risks and dependencies early, and helping teams reach pragmatic decisions that support both near-term delivery and long-term platform health.
Role emphasis: This is not a people-manager position. It is a senior technical IC role with significant ownership, influence, mentoring responsibility, and hands-on delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality full-stack software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Python, APIs, relational and non-relational data stores, and cloud-native technologies.
Remain hands-on with coding, debugging, automated testing, performance tuning, production troubleshooting, and implementation of complex or high-risk components.
Provide technical leadership for complex initiatives, shaping solution architecture, implementation strategy, integration patterns, and delivery approach from concept through production.
