Vice President, Integrated Air and Missile Defense and Space Systems

Overview

SimVentions is seeking a senior executive to establish and grow our business within the MDA, GDA, and broader Integrated Air and Missile Defense markets. This leader will develop the market strategy, build a qualified pipeline, create senior customer and industry relationships, lead capture efforts, shape teaming strategies, and help position SimVentions for sustainable growth. The leader will work closely with Business Development, Group Vice Presidents, technical leaders, and corporate functions to capture efforts and see them through the award process.

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience within MDA, missile defense, IAMD, or a closely related national security mission.
• Strong understanding of Department of Defense acquisition, budgeting, requirements, and contracting processes.
• Established credibility and relationships within relevant government and industry communities.
• Demonstrated ability to shape strategy, develop opportunities, build partnerships, and lead complex initiatives.
• Ability to lead through influence and work effectively within a matrixed organization.
• Strong judgment, integrity, communication skills, and commitment to accountable leadership.
• Ability to satisfy applicable post government employment, ethics, disclosure, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SimVentions' MDA and GDA growth strategy.
• Build and maintain an honest, qualified pipeline based on credible requirements, funding, acquisition paths, and timelines.
• Develop a strong understanding of SimVentions’ technical capabilities and offerings and effectively communicate their value to senior-level customers to support future business growth.
• Establish senior relationships across MDA, GDA relevant organizations, the Navy IAMD community, industry, and potential partners.
• Lead opportunity qualification, capture planning, teaming recommendations, and proposal development.
• Coordinate technical, operational, pricing, contracts, security, and proposal resources for approved pursuits.
• Identify relevant contract vehicles, capability gaps, strategic hires, partnerships, adjacent market opportunities, and potential acquisitions.
• Participate in the Strategic Leadership Team and Quarterly Business and Strategy Review process.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, resource needs, and expected outcomes.
• Operate as a SimVentions enterprise leader, balancing market objectives with company priorities and responsible stewardship.

Compensation
