Mergers & Acquisitions Integration: Lead technology due diligence and integration for acquisitions, and develop repeatable playbooks covering systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, project management, and business-process transition.
Financial & Vendor Management: Own technology and transformation budgets, evaluate major investments, and negotiate and manage strategic vendor relationships, ensuring every significant investment has a clear business case and measurable return.
Change Leadership & Talent: Build strong IT, PMO, data, and process-improvement teams. Lead communication, training, and adoption for major initiatives and ensure a clean transition to long-term business ownership.
