Job Description:

Provides technical expertise to support the execution of strategies within a specific function, developing detailed plans and recommendations to advance business objectives. Works on complex projects that influence key operational goals and supports teams through subject-matter expertise.

Leads or coordinates projects and programs from initiation through completion, overseeing planning, resourcing, staffing, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery. Manages project progress, risks, and issues, and provides regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet agreed requirements for scope, quality, reliability, timeline, and cost.
Coordinates cross‑functional teams, resources, and, where applicable, suppliers or subcontractors, and monitors performance against plans. Identifies and recommends adjustments to schedules, budgets, or resourcing to address changing requirements or risks, ensuring projects and programs are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organisational objectives.
