ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Takes customer orders accurately and serves food and beverages promptly.
2. Regularly checks up on customers to ensure they are satisfied. If needed, offer refills.
3. Performs sidework, including stocking condiments and paper products.
4. Operates a brewer to prepare coffee for guests.
5. Delivers excellent customer service. Makes guests feel welcome and want to return.
6. Maintains a clean work environment. Performs general cleaning duties, including clearing and sanitizing tables
7. Maintains alertness for the performance of all responsibilities and a general awareness of restaurant operations at all times. Keeps the supervisor informed of any concerns.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated hands-on hospitality, hosting, or serving experience, preferably within a gaming environment. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure. Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: One (1) or more years of recent and related experience.

$12.14 per hour plus tips.
