This a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being active and interested in gaining exposure to equipment, warehousing, parts operations, and service support. If you’re curious, dependable, and want to learn how a leading heavy equipment business operates, we’ll teach you the rest.

At ICM, safety is non-negotiable. You’ll be trained to identify and correct unsafe conditions, use TRACK safety practices, and maintain a safe environment for yourself and your team. You must have a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

What You'll Do

You’ll play a key role supporting our team and customers in the following ways:

Warehouse Operations

  • Track inventory and report equipment condition or damage
  • Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and yard equipment

Team & Customer Support

  • Work closely with parts, service, and operations teams
  • Support technicians when needed
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions

Requirements

We’re less focused on experience and more focused on attitude and potential:

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Interest in heavy equipment, mechanics, or construction industries
  • Good communication skills and customer focus
  • Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card
