This position is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, logistics, material handling, production, fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing environments.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in receiving, organizing, tracking, and moving electronic equipment throughout our facility while helping support a more sustainable future through technology reuse and recycling.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process inbound shipments
• Sort, stage, organize, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Perform shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset identification
• Apply labels and verify product information
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control
• Transport materials safely between operational work areas
• Inspect products for visible damage and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow established quality, security, and safety procedures
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced environment
• Support additional warehouse, logistics, and operational activities as needed

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred

• Warehouse Associate experience
• Shipping and Receiving experience
• Inventory Management or Inventory Control experience
• Material Handling experience
• Forklift experience (if applicable)
• Distribution Center or Fulfillment Center experience
• Manufacturing or Production experience
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions
• Work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels
