About the role
The Safety Group Coordinator supports the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program by promoting a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and serving as a safety resource for warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safety training, inspections, compliance activities, data management, and daily engagement with associates to identify and address safety concerns. Internal candidates must be in good standing with the employee to qualify.
Shift: 6:00am - 7:30pm; Friday - Sunday
Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Program
Conduct Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) operator training and evaluations.
Monitor and track operator certifications and recertification requirements.
Maintain accurate training records and reports.
Coordinate training needs with designated PIV trainers.
Participate in investigations involving PIV incidents, near misses, or unsafe behaviors.
iWarehouse Administration
Perform iWarehouse data entry.
Create and update operator profiles and equipment assignments.
Monitor system-generated reports and alerts.
Assist with troubleshooting operator access and equipment issues.
Support implementation and continuous improvement of the iWarehouse program.
