- Write, edit and optimise – produce high-quality copy that reflects our tone of voice, supports SEO and drives engagement and organic growth.
- Partner across the business – collaborate with Marketing, Digital and internal stakeholders to deliver content for campaigns, product launches and key business initiatives.
- Use insights to make an impact – monitor content performance, interpret analytics and apply learnings to continually improve the member experience.
- Champion content excellence – uphold editorial standards, accessibility and content governance, ensuring everything we publish is accurate, consistent and fit for purpose.
What you’ll bring
You’re a confident writer and editor who knows how to make content work harder. You combine creativity with a sharp eye for detail, a strong customer mindset and an understanding of what makes digital content effective.
You’ll also bring:
- At least five years’ experience in content, communications or digital marketing, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading and fact-checking skills, with experience producing content across multiple digital formats.
- Experience working within a regulated environment, navigating complex information and stakeholder approval processes.
- A solid understanding of SEO, digital content optimisation, analytics and performance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative approach, with the confidence to take ownership, share ideas and identify opportunities to improve.
- A genuine passion for creating customer-centric content and bringing a brand to life through storytelling.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, JIRA, Confluence or agile ways of working would be advantageous. Experience in healthcare, health insurance or another regulated industry is also highly regarded.
