Compliance Associate
About My Wireless
My Wireless is an AT&T and Liberty Communications Authorized Retailer. We run 223 AT&T stores and 19 Liberty stores in Puerto Rico.
Our goals are simple: grow revenue, control expenses and provide a productive and efficient environment for team members to perform. Accurate, well-documented time records are part of how we protect our team members and our business. The Compliance Associate is the person who makes that happen.
Position summary
The Compliance Associate reviews flagged time punches across My Wireless stores, documents what they find, and opens cases that the Compliance department follows through to closure. The first program is time-card integrity. As it matures, the role supports other compliance and tracking initiatives assigned by the department.

Review flags: Work assigned time-punch flags from the department's queue each day.
- Investigate: Check punch history, schedules, timecard edits and, where needed, store video to confirm what happened.
- Summarize findings: Write a clear, factual summary for every flag reviewed.
- Open cases: Turn confirmed findings into cases and route each to the right store or market leader.
- Follow through: Track open cases and follow up until each is closed on time.
- Report patterns: Flag repeat issues by store, manager or team member to the Compliance Manager.
