About the role

Position Summary:

The Workplace Implementation Manager leads the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of the processes and procedures that support onboarding and ongoing delivery of our Workplace Solutions financial counseling programs. This role also serves as a point of contact for our B2B corporate relationships, partnering with corporate stakeholders and internal advisor teams to drive utilization of the financial planning benefit. While the Implementation Manager retains select relationship management responsibilities — including leading corporate client meetings and coordinating across internal teams — their primary focus is building and institutionalizing repeatable implementation frameworks that improve consistency, efficiency, and quality across the program lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and continuously improve standardized processes, procedures, and playbooks for onboarding and implementing Workplace Solutions financial counseling programs
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for Workplace Solutions financial counseling programs – i.e., contracts, benefits, communications, billing/operational processes etc.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for advisor lead assignments
  • Design, develop, and deliver training materials and sessions for participating advisors
  • Maintain regular communication with advisors to gather insights, identify trends and provide insight into additional engagement tactics
  • Synthesize advisor feedback into actionable recommendations for corporate partners
  • Develop and execute, in collaboration with marketing, targeted engagement strategies to drive awareness and utilization among eligible populations
  • Analyze engagement data and continue to refine strategies to improve program reach
  • Identify expansion opportunities amongst corporate partners

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven (10+ years) experience in relationship management, project management, or financial advisory services
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in partnering with HR and corporate stakeholders on benefits and compensation planning
  • Experience working in a B2B business, ideally within the corporate benefits domain
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach
  • Strong process-orientation with experience building and scaling operational frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation Range:

$150,000 - $200,000
