The EMEA GSB Sales Operations Leader is responsible for driving operational excellence, business performance, and execution discipline across the EMEA region. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, and Business Management teams, ensuring scalable processes, data-driven decision making, and successful execution of go-to-market priorities.

Key responsibilities include leading regional sales operations across lead-to-cash processes, governance, forecasting and category support, business insights, process optimization, and operational readiness for new business models. The role drives simplification, automation, and AI adoption while collaborating across functions to improve efficiency, accelerate growth, and enhance the customer and employee experience.

The leader will build strong partnerships with regional and worldwide stakeholders, develop a high-performing team, and translate business strategy into operational execution that delivers measurable business outcomes.
