Description
Quail West is seeking a motivated, hands-on Assistant Superintendent to help lead our Golf Course Maintenance team and maintain two championship golf courses in Naples, Florida.

Requirements
What You'll Do
- Assist in leading daily golf course maintenance operations to ensure exceptional playing conditions.
- Supervise, train, and support the Golf Course Maintenance team.
- Oversee turf care, irrigation management, and chemical applications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain irrigation systems, including repairs and HDPE pipe fusion.
- Collaborate with the Course Superintendent and Director of Courses and Grounds to maintain course standards and improve operations.
- Promote a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in golf course maintenance, turf management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, chemical applications, and golf course maintenance practices.
- Florida Restricted Use Chemical Applicator License within first 60 days
- Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors, lift up to 60 pounds, and maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
