Position Summary

Ritz-Craft is seeking a dependable Cleaner to prepare modular homes for final inspection and shipment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring each unit meets company quality standards by cleaning completed homes, performing finish touch-ups, and applying caulk to trim and finish materials as needed.

Essential Responsibilities

• -Thoroughly clean interior and exterior areas of modular units prior to final inspection.
• -Remove dust, debris, labels, and construction residue from completed homes.
• -Clean windows, floors, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and other finished surfaces.
• -Apply caulk to interior and exterior trim, molding, and other finish components to meet quality standards.
• -Perform minor cosmetic touch-ups and final preparation tasks as assigned.
• -Inspect completed work to identify and correct appearance-related issues.
• -Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• -Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.
• -Work effectively with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure units are ready for shipment.

Qualifications

• -Previous cleaning, construction, manufacturing, or finishing experience preferred, but not required.
• -Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• -Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• -Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• -Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• -Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• -Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform repetitive cleaning and finishing tasks.
