Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial / Contracts Head to manage commercial operations, major construction contracts, project budgets, claims, and contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial and contracts management functions.
Oversee major construction contracts and contractual obligations.
Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
Review contract variations, claims, and change orders.
Manage commercial negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
Monitor contractual risks and ensure compliance.
Coordinate with project, finance, procurement, and legal teams.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in major construction contracts.
Expertise in project budgeting, commercial management, and claims.
Knowledge of contract administration and variation management.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
