Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Quantity Surveyors / Contract Engineers with strong knowledge of construction cost control, project valuations, variations, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review project cost estimates and BOQs.
Manage project valuations and interim payment applications.
Monitor project costs and budgets.
Handle variations, claims, and contractual documentation.
Review subcontractor quotations and payment applications.
Coordinate with project and commercial teams.
Maintain cost reports and commercial records.
Requirements
10–15+ years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in construction quantity surveying and contracts.
Expertise in valuations, cost control, and variations.
Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial documentation.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
