Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Parts Counter Person to join our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the automotive industry. Prior experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Compensation:
- Competitive, commission-based pay (experience-based)

Schedule:
- This Position is Full-Time
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- No Sundays!

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and service technicians at the parts counter
- Assist customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts
- Process parts orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain inventory, stock, and organize parts in the department
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships
- Support the dealership’s sales and service teams as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Automotive knowledge/experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers’ and company vehicles
