ﾷ TPM & Reliability Data Management
Execute TPM pillars (Step 1-6) and manage equipment reliability data
Annalyze operational history and failure data of key production equipment via integration with E-Andon)
ﾷ Maintenance & Cost Management
Manage M&F material procurement, including quotations, purchasing, and
inventory receiving)
Manage maintenance costs and evaluate operational cost efficiency
ﾷ Energy & Utility Management & Digitalization
Manage process gas supply (Ar, CO2, O2, Fuel Oil) and track energy savings
(Solar, Electricity, Gas)
Implement and manage eMeter for real-time monitoring; IT investments for
Smart shop and eMeterinitiatives
