Founded in 2009, Hughes Financial Services LLC (HFS) is an independent, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate all aspects of their financial lives with confidence. As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a passionate, hardworking individual to join our team. This position plays a critical role in delivering by supporting senior/lead advisors as they work directly with clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the financial services industry, with a goal of moving into an advisory role and working directly with clients (with experience and licensing/designations).
What you’ll Do:
Obtaining Client information as directed
Analyzing and evaluating client information
Assisting in the development of financial plans and recommendations in all areas of Financial Planning
Monitoring the status of current financial plans and preparing materials for on-going reviews with clients
Becoming familiar with a variety of software applications, including Schwab’s Advisor Center, eMoney Advisor, Black Diamond, Holistiplan, Vanilla, Co-Pilot, and Salesforce
Providing technical support to clients utilizing the client portal (eMoney & Schwab Alliance)
Aiding operations team with client administrative tasks
What You Bring:
Preference will be given to candidates who have begun CFP® coursework or are actively pursuing the CFP® designation.
Bachelors Degree Preferred
