Responsibilities

· Direct and lead specialist training functions and conduct specialist training in support of TSI.

· Carry out delivering of new and existing training courses (Theory and practical based OJT / training consolidation), and able to operate complex training aids and FLOP Labs effectively and safely, ensuring alignment with the customer requirements.

· Produce training support materials – including lesson plans, and quizzes, hands out to satisfy customers’ training requirements.

· Ensure the general welfare of students during training activities, monitoring performance to maximize progress towards the training objectives.

· To teach the common modules in the common course or any other common module identified to be related to this specialty.

· Conduct cadet assessment and evaluation exercises, implementing remedial action as required.

· To counsel students with regard to their academic performance or behaviour as required.

· Review the FLOP courseware for improvement if required.

· To maintain classroom procedures as published in TSI. Such procedures will include the maintenance of discipline.

· Documenting work as necessary / attendance / reports / cadets portfolios / STS / End of Phase Report and schemes of work.

· To keep abreast of developments in these subjects and be willing to attend staff development courses as required by the customer or company.

· To maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required.

· knowledge of using IT systems and TMIS / LMS platforms to support training operations and maintain accurate, up-to-date training records.

· Well-developed planning and organising skills to meet the precise timings required by training programmes and programme plans.
