About the role
Program Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute a variety of events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Assist in coordinating logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Support event marketing efforts through social media and promotional materials.
- Attend events to provide on-site support, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and guests.
- Collect feedback post-events to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
- Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese OR Mandarin.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
