As a PRN RN with SHP, you’ll provide hands-on care while using your clinical expertise to make a difference for an underserved patient population.
Qualifications
What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care

Monitor patient conditions, symptoms, and progress

Complete accurate assessments and nursing documentation

Administer medications according to provider orders and nursing standards

Carry out treatment plans and provide follow-up care

Respond confidently to medical emergencies and changing patient needs

Use strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills

Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide safe, quality care
