Production Associate / Material Handler
Are you looking for a new opportunity to work hands on in a fast paced, innovative manufacturing company?
New Pig Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our team while maintaining the highest quality standards.
This a PA2 position that will work 7am-3pm at our Duncansville location.
Essential Duties:
- Supply raw materials and parts to production equipment to meet daily production
- Package product and prep for release to warehouse
- Verify that product meets design specifications by testing and record retention
- Participate in Daily Management discussions to maintain highest levels of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
- Follow production schedule to meet demand
- Escalate production issues to the appropriate groups to drive resolution in a timely manner
- Production Reporting – Enter production quantities and material usage into company software
- Actively participate on the process improvement team
- Actively participate in lean manufacturing improvement workshops and training events
