Oil processing takes place at the Rijeka Refinery, while sustainable alternative activities are developed at the industrial site in Sisak. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• leading projects within the exploration and production (E&P) segment throughout all project phases, from concept development to implementation
• planning and controlling project execution, including the preparation of individual project proposals and proposals for relevant decision-making bodies
• monitoring project implementation, tracking and reporting on capex plans, actual expenditures, and forecasts
• conducting project evaluations, drawing conclusions, and defining lessons learned to support further development and planning
• establishing and managing project teams
• preparing and leading project feasibility studies.

FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED TO HAVE:
• university degree (master’s level) in a technical or economics-related field
• advanced proficiency in english, both written and spoken
• proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Powerpoint and MS Project
• minimum 3 years of professional experience in the same or similar roles
• B category driving licence.

IT IS AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:
• experience working in a multinational environment
• relevant professional experience in the Upstream (Exploration & Production) segment
• proactive approach and ability to work independently
• knowledge of standardized project management processes and methodologies
• experience in preparing technical documentation and evaluating bids/tenders.
