Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and Auto Electrician.

Department / Section: Workshop

Reports To: Asst. Manager — Workshop

Location: MUST BE WILLINGLY TO WORK IN NGERENGERE MOROGORO

JOB PURPOSE

To maintain and repair electrical systems of tractors, heavy equipment and vehicles, ensuring reliable starting, charging, lighting and control systems.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Diagnose and repair starting, charging, lighting and instrumentation faults on tractors, heavy equipment and light vehicles.

· Repair/replace alternators, starter motors, batteries, wiring harnesses, sensors and switches.

· Support diagnostics on electronically controlled machines using appropriate tools.

· Maintain battery bank care and machine electrical preventive checks.

· Complete job cards and maintain electrical spares awareness for reordering.

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Trade certificate in auto-electrical work.

· 4+ years on agricultural/earth moving machinery electrical systems.

Skills & Competencies

· Systematic fault-finding with multimeter and wiring diagrams.

· Neat, durable wiring repairs for harsh field conditions.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

Language Skills:

· Fluent in English language
