This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Security Consultant – GRC based in India.

Are you an experienced SAP security professional passionate about governance, risk management, and compliance? This remote opportunity offers the chance to strengthen enterprise security frameworks and support organizations in managing complex SAP environments. You will leverage your expertise in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to address security challenges and deliver effective technical solutions. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will contribute to compliance initiatives, technical improvements, and operational excellence. The role combines independent problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration in a dynamic enterprise environment. Accountabilities

Independently manage SAP GRC-related activities and develop subject matter expertise in governance, risk, and compliance solutions.
Analyze business and technical requirements to identify security risks and deliver effective SAP GRC solutions.
Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical issues within SAP GRC environments.
Contribute actively to team discussions, technical reviews, and collaborative problem-solving initiatives.
Develop and implement solutions to address SAP security, governance, and compliance challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP GRC components and security processes.
Maintain and update technical documentation, specifications, and implementation guidelines to reflect system changes and enhancements.
Monitor SAP GRC performance and identify opportunities to improve security, efficiency, and reliability.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members.
Ensure that SAP security implementations align with relevant security protocols, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices across SAP GRC operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC).
A full-time educational qualification of at least 15 years is required.
Strong technical proficiency in SAP GRC and SAP security analysis.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP GRC environments.
Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance processes.
Familiarity with security protocols, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards applicable to SAP systems.
Ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and develop subject matter expertise.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Experience mentoring junior professionals and contributing to technical discussions is an advantage.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
