Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors / General Foremen to supervise construction workers, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure timely execution of construction works.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and workforce.
Allocate work and monitor team productivity.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
Ensure work is completed according to instructions and drawings.
Monitor material usage and workforce requirements.
Maintain site discipline and safety standards.
Report daily progress and execution issues.
Requirements
7–10+ years of relevant construction experience.
Strong experience in workforce supervision and site delivery.
Ability to coordinate workers and subcontractors.
Knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
Good leadership and communication skills.
